Milkyway X AI (opens in a new tab)
An AI inventory planner for apparel brands. My team shipped a plain-English reporting playground (50 out of 50 on our test questions), a forecast lab and a voice assistant.
Carpet Artisan (opens in a new tab)
Hand-made rugs on Magento with a rug visualiser. Content pages score 99–100 on Lighthouse, and a cold page load went from about 10 seconds to 3.5.

A rebuild of the agency's own site: custom WordPress theme, film-led homepage and a case study for every client. Live since July 2026.

A custom Magento 2 rebuild for an Australian strength-equipment brand, kept fast and patched on an ongoing care plan.
